The doc narrates the story of a family who lives in a village. The oldest son of the family is of great support and tries to cover every need of his family. But, the boy runs into trouble and faces obstacles.
The documentary has been written, produced and directed by Amirali Mirderikvand, edited by Hassan Rahimi, sound edited by Majid Nejati, and translated by Hassan Nekoufar.
Mirderikvand’s documentary has previously participated in the 2020 Vintage International Film Festival in India, where it grabbed the jury’s special award.
It has also taken part in the 3rd Annual Chatham-Kent International Film Festival in Canada, the Archaeology Channel International Film Festival in the US, the Corti a Ponte international short film festival in Italy and the Taos Shortz Film Festival in the US.
Taiwan International Ethnographic Film Festival provides the opportunity for filmmakers from around the world to showcase their films.
The event will be held on October 1-5, 2021.
